Any drop off’s & pick up’s outside normal office hours will incur an out of hours fee.

Dedicated attention for elderly pets or those with specific behavioral needs. We treat every guest as if they were our own family.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at check-in via EFTPOS, Credit Card, direct debit or cash.
- Check-in and Check-out are during specified business hours only.
- Veterinary responsibility: If medical attention is needed, owners are responsible for all costs incurred.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may incur a fee.
Peak & Holiday Periods
Christmas & New Year
To help accommodate as many holiday travel plans as possible, bookings during this period are available in two set weekly blocks:
- 20th December to 27th December
- 27th December to 2nd January
27th December – Changeover Day. This is the only day during the holiday period when the office will be open for check-ins and pick-ups:
- Pick-ups: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Check-ins: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Office hours are normal outside of these dates.
- If management agrees to accept a check-in or out during the close down period, the full week booking must still be paid (this will result in an empty pen).
- All bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
- A 5% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
- We prefer all Christmas bookings for this period to be submitted online via our online booking webpage. If we have availability your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Easter Period
- A minimum booking block of 4 days applies (Good Friday to
Easter Monday). - Non-refundable deposits apply to all Easter bookings.
- Easter holiday pricing is $10 extra per day
- A 5% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
